Shipping and Returns

* There are no refunds only exchanges.

* Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery to ensure that it is in satisfactory condition. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your online order, Milla Totes will accept items for exchange within 15 days of purchase.

* Items must be returned in new and resalable condition and in its original packaging.

* Sale items are non-returnable.

* Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Please allow three weeks for the processing of your exchange once we receive it.

* Once your exchange is processed, you will receive a credit notification by email.

* We can not refund shipping or handling charges on exchanged items.

*Please send exchange items through an insured courier (Fedex, UPS, USPS Parcel Post). Mills Totes is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or mishandles.

 

RETURNS

To return an item for exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Send us an email at hello@millatotes.com to receive and RA
  2. Once the email has received and the return has been authorized, pack and securely seal the merchandise in its original packaging and send the package to the following address:
